  1. This file contains the current list of bugs which have been reported to us
  2. (The Developers & Telbug).  Along the left hand side are the current status
  3. and whether the bug has been fixed for the next beta release.  The format of
  4. this file is a little terse because it is mainly an internal document for
  5. corrdinating or debuggin.  When reporting a new bug, please report what 
  6. beta release version you created the problem with, include your config.tel 
  7. file, and try to duplicate the error and report exactly what you did when 
  8. you created the error.  Other useful information for our debugging 
  9. includes: the list of messages on the console screen, what type of machine 
  10. you were trying to connect to (Sun, VAX, etc...), and what operating system 
  11. it was running (UNIX, VMS, Ultrix, etc...).  We have access to a lot of 
  12. machines here, but if we cannot duplicate your error, a lot of time gets wasted.

  15. CGW                1) Tektronix GIN mode is not fixed yet. 
  16.                 9) Pasting with linemode doesn't print.

  60. 4)    Scripting for telnet connections.
  61. 5)    Chain together kermit verbs attached to one key (also with strings attached)
  62. 6)    Have a way to '#include' other files into the config.tel
  63. 7)    Dynamic keymapping from within telbin.
  64. 9)    Some way of reseting the ftp server!
  65. 10)    Better control over rcp than "on" or "off", use a rhosts file!
  66. 11)    Change the telnet alt commands to verbs, i.e. alt-a for add session, etc.
  67. 12)    Better status reporting for ftpbin.
  68. 13)    BOOTP/RARP information caching in a DOS environment variable.
  69. 14)    Support the 3com networking driver.
  70. 15)    Change the way the the carriage returns get mapped.
  71. 16)    Various people have asked for more screen drivers, so perhaps if a lot 
  72.     of people ask for different screen drivers for tektronix plots, we will
  73.     add another screen driver or two.

  76. 1)    Change the 3c503 to use non-DMA access.
  77. 2)    Telnet for the blind options.

  80. 1)    VT200 emulation.

  82. 3)    MS Windows native application for Telnet.
  83. 4)    Appletalk board update.
  84. 5)    Text windowing interface for the MS-DOS version.

  87. 1)    NFS client.
  88. 2)    Easy interface to Berkeley Sockets for programming.
  89. 3)    Smaller, faster executables.
  90. 4)    Add support for fragmented IP packets.
